The Best Intentions and a Goodbye!

Last week I planned to blog at least 2, maybe 3 days. I'm trying to get on a schedule but it turned out to be a week where I was out of the house from Wed. on...running errands, appointments...everything but being in my studio! So here it is Mon. again and I'm planning on the same thing...but...we'll see!

Now about that goodbye...I resigned from the Tattered Angels Design Team. It was time and not a decision made lightly but life is about changes. At one time it was a fabulous design team with some of the most talented designers but over the past year, with all the company changes it got lost in the transition. You won't even find the Tattered Angels Inspiration blog...totally gone!

But I am so excited to be able to work with other fabulous products and companies. I have teaching workshops on the horizon, a guest blog post happening on April 6th, art journal club and who knows what else. VERY EXCITING TIMES!!

So today as a goodbye to Tattered Angels I want to share some of my Tattered Angels projects...a flash from the past!

Without realizing what would be coming down the pike here is one of my last TA projects created...

What are your creative goals this week?

  2. Its really sad to see the changes that have been made after such hard work and devotion have gone into such a hard working team. Many years of marketing, passion, and love went into building that brand. Not all is lost, with as close as this team was we have built devoted friendships. I was honored to work with you all for years. Thank you Martha for all your hard work.... you are one amazing woman!

    1. I removed this because the fact is the blog no longer exists...there is one post from 1/16/2013 but after that it is gone. We as the design team were notified that the blog host site went out off business and all our projects went with them. Is this true I have no idea but the blog no longer exists.

  10. You were a great part of their team -- these are beautiful projects and you did a great job with showcasing their products and sharing your creativity with us! They should be SAD to see you go, they could not have asked for a more loyal, creative and devoted team member. But -- more time to make art for YOU now!! xo.

  11. Yes.. it's sad to see that all end. Things have just changed too much.. and not for the good :( Life goes on and we will all flourish and continue to enjoy eachothers art and continue to be good friends to encourage and back eachother! Closing one door and opening others. I hope we can work together many many more times. We'll just "make" that happen! Your talent amazes me friend!
